We are planning a variety of courses for 2024 for your perfect preparation for different distances of our events. From a half marathon preparation course to a training offer for the KoRo women's race to marathon training, everything is offered.

Women's Race
If running 5K or running instead of walking is your goal, our women's run preparation course is just right for you. You can already run at least 10 minutes at a time? Then we will accompany you in 4 weeks with a training plan and once a week (Thursdays) group training to your first successful 5K finish.
Units: 4 training units of 60 min
Dates: April 11th – May 2th, 2024

SwimRun
In preparation for the SwimRun Rheinsberg (on June 30, 2024), we are offering a training course. The course is aimed at beginners who can run 5 kilometers in one go and swim 500 meters in open water. The number of participants is limited, so each participant will be treated individually. After successful participation, a start at the SwimRun Rheinsberg should not be a problem.

Are you ready for the 50th anniversary of the BMW BERLIN-MARATHON 2024?
Our running expert and former professional athlete Philipp Pflieger will give you exclusive tips and tricks for a successful participation in the BMW BERLIN-MARATHON 2024. In addition, the field test offers an excellent basis for fine-tuning the final details before the big race. Participation in the "Berlin Road Race - Die Generalprobe", which is included in this camp, offers you a great opportunity for a test run.
