As a beginner, you can get a taste of how “crossfit” you are on the 5K course. If that is too easy, you can also participate in the longer challenge.
Here is an overview of the most important information:

Participant limit: 1.000
For a change to another discipline a processing fee of € 5,- will be charged. In addition, the difference to the current price level may be due.
